Commercial Space Visualisation

Our client required high-end photorealistic visualization for a luxury residential development | imagery that would serve as the primary sales tool before construction began. The brief demanded a level of detail and quality that could rival actual photography.

Approach

We began with thorough analysis of the architectural drawings and material specifications. Our team developed a comprehensive lighting strategy that captured the development at multiple times of day, showcasing the interplay between natural light and architectural form.

Every material | from the imported marble facades to the custom ironwork | was meticulously recreated in our render pipeline. We developed over 200 custom material shaders to achieve the required photorealism.

Outcome

The final deliverables included 40+ hero images, a 3-minute walkthrough animation, and an interactive 360° viewer. The client used these assets to pre-sell 70% of units before ground-breaking.
